David Bartlett Park
The David Bartlett Dog Walkers' Association (DBPDWA) was created to ensure that dog park users have a strong voice with the City of Ottawa and other bodies of government in the maintenance of the park.
The Park is one of the jewels of the area and pressure to ensure it is kept as an off-leash facility must be continuous and on-going. But to really be heard, we need to grow and become ingrained as an integral part of city park planning. All monies are used solely in support of the park in maintaining and fostering the stated objectives of the association. The association is coordinated by a volunteer group of dog owners and walkers.
